Handpicked 50/50 White & Brown Crab Meat
Can’t decide between white and brown? Why not have both? Now you really can have it all! 125 grams of Cornish white crab meat and 125 grams of Cornish brown crab meat, all 100% handpicked. No artificial additives or preservatives; just a little natural rock salt is added in cooking and pasteurised to give a 28-day refrigerator shelf life. Once opened, the product must be consumed within two days; but we don’t think you will take that long to enjoy this delicious combination. Available all year round.
Mixing white crab meat and brown crab meat, it is sold in a 250g pack in our pasteurised form giving a shelf life of up to four weeks. This is a wonderful way of enjoying the goodness of fresh crab meat, especially if you don’t have the time to ‘pick your own’. This product has been cooked and handpicked then packaged and vacuum packed. The product is pasteurised to give an extended refrigerator shelf life and date labelled. No additives or preservatives, just the best natural flavour. Every care has been taken to remove all traces of shell, although some small pieces may remain.
