Green Chilli Crab Noodle Salad
Chef, author and food photographer James Strawbridge has come up with a refreshing salad with a kick.
Ingredients – Serves 2
Preheat a large wok and put on a pan of water to boil. Cook your cabbage, chilli,
curry paste and spring onions with green chilli in a large spoonful of coconut oil.
Cook for 3-4 mins on a high heat and keep moving in the pan.
Boil your rice noodles as per pack instructions and rinse well. Then add to the
cabbage. Toss together and serve. Place the crab meat on top and finish with lime
juice, sea salt and chopped chives.
