Online Deliveries:

In our on-line shop please choose your date for delivery or call us for in-store collection.

In-store Collections:

We are open for collections Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm. This service is not available on Sundays, Bank Holidays and during our Christmas close down. There is no extra charge for this service. Order collections are packed in plastic carrier bags; leak proof polystyrene boxes are available for a small charge, payable on collection. Gel-ice packs and box strapping is freely available. Please call the shop on 01736 359033 to arrange your collection.

Delivery details:

Live and stock item orders can be placed on-line for delivery up to a minimum of two weeks in advance. Please select an available delivery date at checkout when placing your order. Delivery is available to addresses in mainland England, mainland Wales and most of mainland Southern Scotland. We cannot accept orders for delivery beyond Elgin in Scotland, or the Scottish Islands, or the Isle of Man, or the Islands off England as they take extra time to deliver. If the checkout doesn’t let you continue after entering your delivery postcode and address then unfortunately we cannot deliver to this area.

However, if you give us a call on 01736359033 we can check your postcode manually and add it to the system if a “Next Day Service” is available.

We use DPD UK for home deliveries and low weight wholesale consignments. This service is tracked and DPD will keep you updated by email/SMS during your order’s delivery journey. Orders are dispatched the day before your chosen delivery date using a Next Day service. This service is not available on Sundays, Mondays, Bank Holidays and during our Christmas close down.

Orders are packed with gel-ice packs in boxes, sealed and labelled. The boxes and insulation pads are 100% recyclable and can be put straight into your curb side recycling. If nobody is at the address the parcel will be left in a safe place. If you have special delivery instructions, please leave them during the checkout process.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for DPD’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions, traffic or other circumstances beyond our control such as parcels damaged in transit. We will, however, make our best efforts to correct the problem.

If DPD delay your parcel our packaging can keep the contents cold for up to 48 hours and DPD will attempt delivery the next day. Please inspect the contents of your delayed parcel and contact us if you have any concerns.

If your order is for a special occasion, we recommend taking your order the day before to ensure you have plenty time to receive it and prepare as planned.

Please make sure all details entered at the checkout are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses and contact details.

Packing & Delivery Costs

Minimum online order spend is £45.00. Delivery is free on weekdays.
*Saturday delivery is £18 for all orders.

Driving from the east, use the A30 and follow the direction signs to Penzance. Immediately after Penzance train station, use the left-hand lane heading past a large car park. Keeping the sea on your left, drive past the promenade and continue straight through a mini roundabout. Go over the narrow bridge located at a crossroads and turn immediately right. We are located 300 yards on the left-hand side just after the church to your right.

Driving from the west, on the A30 turn right at the crossroads onto the B3315. You will pass two entrances to Stable Hobba Industrial Estate on your left and a private housing estate on your right. When the road opens out again, we can be found on the right, just opposite the old Vicarage.
