Unfortunately we cannot deliver beyond Elgin in Scotland, or to:
- Scottish Islands
- Isle of Man
- Islands off England

Orders are packed in plastic carrier bags with gel-ice packs and cardboard box strapping available.

Boxes and insulation are 100% recyclable and suitable for curbside recycling.
If nobody is home the parcel will be left in a safe place. Delivery instructions can be added during checkout.

Weekday delivery: Free
Saturday delivery: £18
To be eco-friendly, consider sharing an order with friends, neighbours or family.
⚠️ Important Notes
If your parcel is delayed:
- Packaging keeps contents cold for up to 48 hours
- DPD will attempt delivery again the next day
If your order is for a special occasion we recommend taking delivery the day before.
Please ensure all checkout details are correct. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses or contact details.

Driving from the east, use the A30 and follow the direction signs to Penzance. Immediately after Penzance train station, use the left-hand lane heading past a large car park. Keeping the sea on your left, drive past the promenade and continue straight through a mini roundabout. Go over the narrow bridge located at a crossroads and turn immediately right. We are located 300 yards on the left-hand side just after the church to your right.
Driving from the west, on the A30 turn right at the crossroads onto the B3315. You will pass two entrances to Stable Hobba Industrial Estate on your left and a private housing estate on your right. When the road opens out again, we can be found on the right, just opposite the old Vicarage.
