Our phone lines are 8:00am to 5:00pm weekdays. Calls are automatically attended, passing you to the right department. If you are unsure, please stay on the line and we will assist you. Answer machines work when we are closed, so please leave us a message. Alternatively, send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.

Driving from the east, use the A30 and follow the direction signs to Penzance. Immediately after Penzance train station, use the left-hand lane heading past a large car park. Keeping the sea on your left, drive past the promenade and continue straight through a mini roundabout. Go over the narrow bridge located at a crossroads and turn immediately right. We are located 300 yards on the left-hand side just after the church to your right.

Driving from the west, on the A30 turn right at the crossroads onto the B3315. You will pass two entrances to Stable Hobba Industrial Estate on your left and a private housing estate on your right. When the road opens out again, we can be found on the right, just opposite the old Vicarage.

Our shop opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm. We are closed weekends and national holidays. During busy sales periods stock can run low, so to avoid disappointment, it is always best to ring in advance, particularly if your visit will be towards the end of the day.

We open on August Bank Holiday Mondays from 10:00am to 4:00pm for Newlyn Fish Festival, weather permitting.
