No experience is necessary; our new Crab Meat Pickers & Shellfish Processors will be fully trained in food safety, handling, hand-picking and dressing for sale meats from whole cooked crabs and other shellfish.
You will also be preparing and packing cooked shellfish for sale. You will be working in a high care food factory environment having regard for food safety.
The position is 40 hours per week.
Breaks are taken depending on shift pattern. Pay rates adhere to National Minimum Wage & National Living Wage legislation. You will be required to be flexible covering positions in our factories, according to the needs of the business. A bonus scheme is also in operation.
Only successful applicants will be called to interview. A four week trial period is offered to successful interviewees.
Success in your trial period will lead into a two month probation period. Experience of working with shellfish and in a high care food factory is preferred, but not essential as you would be fully trained by us.
