Cornish Whole Cooked Crab Claws 1kg
For the enthusiast who wants to enjoy crab as it was intended – straight from the sea! These Cornish whole cooked crab claws are from the best crabs from the coast. Cooked so they are ready to eat, they are delicious – but you have to have patience to enjoy them to the full.
You will need: a mallet; a firm surface; a shellfish pick or spoon; an apron; safety glasses – depending on how heavy you are with the mallet (to find those pieces that go flying around the kitchen). Whole cooked claws are ideal for those who have plenty of time and want to keep it real.
Caution: the crab meat you pick may contain traces of shell. No artificial additives or preservatives have been added to the product, just a little natural rock salt is added in cooking. Once opened, the product must be consumed within two days; but we don’t think you will take that long. Subject to seasonal availability.
