Lobsters are normally caught from spring through to late autumn and "rested" in our sea tanks for at least 24 hours before despatch. We only buy lobsters from The South Western Approaches. Some lobsters are net caught so we are able to supply "jumbo" lobsters for really hungry people or for display purposes.  Live and cooked lobsters are currently available, lobster meat will be available soon.


Normally the smaller the lobster the higher the price per kilo, this is because the smaller the lobster the finer the meat fibres. Lobsters are freshly cooked to order within our factory. Seasonal supply and demand affect price dramatically so our price list can alter. Please note all items are sold as approximate and pre-cooked weight, some cook loss will occur.

Subject to seasonal/weather availability. Only strong Lobsters will be despatched live; upon receipt they should be cooked immediately, stored at 0-5°C and eaten within 3 days. If you are ordering a cooked lobster please consume within 2 days of delivery, unless freezing (please follow freezer manufacturers guidelines).

150g of expertly handpicked Lobster meat. No artificial additives or preservatives; just a little natural rock salt will be added during cooking. All handpicked and pasteurised to give a 28 day refrigerator shelf life.  Once opened the product must be eaten within 2 days; but we don't think you will take that long!

Also available as frozen, with an 18 month freezer life, it comes ready to defrost and eat, vacuum packed for easy storage and convenient for whenever the time is right, perfect for planning ahead!
